Service and eligibility
AllDrive is a storage gateway, operated by Felipe Gabriel Teixeira Estrela, that connects storage accounts you authorize. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the connected accounts. Keep your login and API keys secure.
Your storage and content
You retain ownership of your content. You authorize AllDrive to process metadata and transmit content only as needed for requested features. Storage capacity, provider limits and provider terms continue to apply. AllDrive is not a replacement for an independent backup.
Acceptable use
Do not upload or distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, share accounts you do not control, distribute malware, abuse public links or API endpoints, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users. You are responsible for the content and permissions you choose to share.
Public links and invitations
Public and CDN links can be opened by anyone possessing the link. Revoking a link prevents future access through AllDrive but cannot recall copies already downloaded. An email invitation grants the chosen level of access. Do not publish sensitive content unless you intend that exposure.
Availability and changes
Features depend on connected providers, network availability and available resources. Service interruptions and provider restrictions may occur. We may maintain or modify the service and will provide notice of material changes when practical. No uptime or unlimited-storage commitment is made.
Suspension and account closure
We may suspend an account for security, abuse, legal requirements or violations of these terms. A reason may be displayed where appropriate; contact support to request review. Suspension stops access through AllDrive and may stop public shares, but does not transfer ownership or delete files at your original provider. You may request account closure and data deletion through support.
Responsibility and applicable law
Each party is responsible for its actions under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer or data-protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Brazilian law applies, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protections.
Privacy, acceptance and contact
Read the Privacy Policy to understand data processing. Acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy are recorded with the document version and date.
